Manifesting good health starts in your mind

Manifesting good health follows the same principles as every other manifestation practice. It all comes down to the subconscious mind, your inner beliefs, and your actions.

The 3 important steps to manifesting good health are your thoughts, eating nutritional food, and exercising.

Thousands of years ago Plato stated: ‘If you want to heal the body, you must first heal the mind’. All this time later and he has been proven right. There’s a strong mind-body connection which is supported by science, with many scientists agreeing that you create your physical condition through your thoughts. Note -This is not to say that if you practice manifestation for health you don’t need to seek medical help! Medical intervention is necessary sometimes of acute or severe illness. You are more susceptible to disease (which simply mean dis-ease in your body) illness/infection and causes issues with healing and recovery. health means that negativity makes us more susceptible to ill health. However, the good news is that we can create optimal health by using the power of positivity. The bottom line is that you can think yourself well (or ill!).

 

Remember thoughts become things.  So, if you feel fat and out of shape, old and slow: guess what, you will be fat out of shape and old looking.  Focus on being healthy and sexy at any age.  See yourself as the person you desire to be.  Get a visual picture in your mind. Journal about your good health.

Recognizing the thoughts that negatively affect your life is the first step toward changing your experiences. If you are cranky, you will have negative thoughts and negative things will happen for you. Focus on feeling joyful, loving and healthy. Think about the things you want to have happen, telling yourself over and over again, “I’m so grateful for my good health.” or ‘I am healthy, whole and complete’. If you think about, and imagine yourself being healthy, you're attracting vibrant good health.

Your Thoughts

Eat nutritional food

Decide it’s time for you to take back your life.  Commit to whatever it would take to feel good again. Realized your food choices play a role in healing your body, mind and even your spirit.  Slowly shifting your diet, cutting out all the artificial diet crap and fast food restaurants.  Start consuming whole organic foods and or start a small garden.  Instead of focusing on calories focus on nutrients.

Be mindful and present when you eat. Take a bite of food.  Does it blur your eyesight or make you feel energized?  If you don’t know the answer slow down and enjoy the experience of eating and listen to what your body is telling you.

Keep a food journal or download an app to track what you’re eating – focus on how it makes your body feel.  For example – “After the milkshake I felt gassy and wanted to go to sleep.”  This is not good.  Now write a positive journal note to manifest good health, “I had a berry smoothie with kale, I felt like I could dance all night!” 

 

Eating nutritional foods without all of the neurotoxic chemicals you start to think clearly and have hope. Your brain fog and slurred speech will disappear. You’ll start to feel really good. The foods fueling your body with provide you with energy you hadn’t felt since adolescence. Slowly you will found out that the phytonutrients or colors of fruits and veggies were assisting in balancing your chakras and reducing inflammation. From there the magic will start to happen. As a result of raising your vibration, being in a happier state and having clarity on what you want. Start to call in the things you were asking for. The dream house, mentors, money, and clients start to show up when you ask.

Nutrition and wellness are foundations for our alignment. Without our health it is hard to focus on anything other than how crummy we feel. When we feel like garbage our energy attracts more garbage. In addition, food has the ability to raise our vibration and when we are in alignment with the frequency of that which we desire it arrives.  If you’re not already convinced that food can raise your vibration and help you attract what you want into your life, just for fun, try an experiment. Start to shift your intake and prove this article wrong.

Exercising

Okay, you can’t manifest exercising, you’ll need to move your body.  However, visualizing your ideal body can help you manifest the body you desire. Imagine how strong and vital your body and mind are feeling as you exercise.  Substitute the word exercise with activity can help see exercise as something fun.  Find an activity you like that will raise your heart rate and sweat a little.  It can be anything from dancing, walking, weightlifting, gardening, swimming, etc.…  Do the activities you enjoy and do it often.

 

How can you manifest exercise a part of your regular routine?

 

  • Make exercise more fun. Try listening to music or watching TV while you exercise. Also, mix things up a little bit - if you stick with just one type of exercise, you might get bored. Try doing a combination of activities. 

  • Make everyday activities more active. Even small changes can help. You can take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk down the hall to a coworker's office instead of sending an email. Wash the car yourself. Park further away from your destination.

 

  • Keep track of your progress. Keeping a log of your activity or using a fitness tracker may help you set goals and stay motivated.

 

  • Find activities that you can do even when the weather is bad. You can walk in a mall, climb stairs, or work out in a gym even if the weather stops you from exercising outside.
